DMCA Policy

Waar Bevindt Zich De Cosmos Sterrenwacht respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Waar Bevindt Zich De Cosmos Sterrenwacht's Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of Notice as described below, Waar Bevindt Zich De Cosmos Sterrenwacht will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

  6. Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to Waar Bevindt Zich De Cosmos Sterrenwacht's Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page. Please specify "DMCA Notice" in your message.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access disabled) due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to Waar Bevindt Zich De Cosmos Sterrenwacht's Designated Copyright Agent. The DMCA allows Waar Bevindt Zich De Cosmos Sterrenwacht to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter-Notification.

  • Provide your electronic or physical signature.
  • Deliver this Counter-Notification, with all items completed, to Waar Bevindt Zich De Cosmos Sterrenwacht's Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page. Please specify "DMCA Counter-Notification" in your message.
